Fantastic autumn flavours with the perfect hint of gingery spice.

This make a great sauce for roast duck - deglaze your roasting tin with a splash of red wine, stir in a couple of tablespoons of Blackberry, Plum and Ginger Jam, and you have the most wonderful sweet sauce for your duck.  Thanks to Penny's Mum for this idea!
